Jerry Huber
Founder of Gotchurback Corp., and Common Sense Medical, Inc. (CSMI). Jerry has been in the Spine space since 1995; where he began with Synthes Spine, now J&J/DePuy/Synthes. In 2006, Jerry created a Globus Medical Distributorship in the Midwest, and in 2015 he became Independent representing niche Spinal technologies in both Spinal Fusion and non-Fusion procedures. Jerry has been a student of the Spine Space for some 30 years now, and is keen on helping Hospitals, ASCs, and Surgeons navigate varying payor mixes with FDA approved stable technologies, that meet price thresholds without killing the Golden Goose.
Taylor Holland
Taylor has been with Gotchurback and CSMI since 2006. In that time, Taylor has effectively covered Deformity, Lateral, Anterior Lumbar, TLIF, MIS TLIF, Cervical and Lumbar Disc Replacement and a plethora of Biologics. Taylor is our most experienced biomechanical resource on our Team, and is highly informative as to the biomechanical efficacy of virtually any spinal system we have put our hands on.
Luke Downes
Luke Downes has been in the Spine space for some 8 years now. Luke comes from an engineering family background, and is from Salisbury MD. Luke achieved his MBA in 2024 from University of Missouri-St. Louis, his BS from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2020, and his Orthopedics and Spine training thru Medical Sales College in 2019. Luke is highly impactful for CSMI’s logistics, planning, and execution of our equipment and complex Surgical procedural planning.
Regan Douglas McDonough
Regan has been in the Spine space for some 5 years now since 2021. Regan graduated from Medical Sales College in August 2021, after Graduating in May 2021 from University of Missouri-Columbia with a Health Sciences, Emphasis in Leadership and Policy, with a Certificate in Sales and Customer Development. Regan provides expert surgical case support, and executes Spinal Surgery pre-planning with precision and has mastered Spinal instrumentation and Biologics, and is an invaluable resource to help plan any Spinal procedure.
Breann Jakich
Breann has been in the Spine space for some 3 years now since May 2023. Breann graduated from Medical Sales College in March 2023, after completing an Undergraduate degree in Exercise Science in 2022 from Truman State University. Breann brings a highly competent knowledge of complex spinal surgical planning in both hardware and biologics; and is adept at successful Spinal fusions and non-fusion outcomes.
Aiden Webb
Aiden just recently joined Gotchurback and CSMI in July 2026. Aiden was among the 1st class to graduate from the newly launched MedRep Academy in May 2026. Aiden also graduated from the University of Alabama in May 2025 with a Double Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections, as well as in English Language and Literature/Letters. Aiden is from Canton, GA. Aiden moved to the greater St. Louis area to launch her career in Orthopedics and Spine; and she is becoming very adept at procedural flow, operations excellence, and team work.
